carbon fiber body
dose any one know of a company wich makes the c4 body pannel in carbon fiber or the new lighter versions of fiberglass used on the current vettes

there was a company making the hoods that ran somthing like 1500 bucks, it was exotic muscle. Try exoticmuscle.com not sure if that is the right web adress but they had the carbonfiber hood and light windows i know.

EM also has door panels. Somebody out there was making nose pieces and rear bumpers. But this stuff is getting harder to find.

Would door panels be worth the extra money? Do you think they are that much lighter? I havent read about them yet.

A stripped out door is fairly light and flimsy. I imagine a carbon fiber door just looks better (finished) and it will probably weigh a smidge less.

These guys used to make all the panels in CF, both STOCK and modified. I don't see them listed now though.
