Can someone tell me the difference between a Z51 & Z52 suspension ?

Can someone tell me the difference between a Z51 & Z52 suspension ?
According to the Black Book, '88 Z52 had: B4P (radiator boost fan), FG3 (Delco Bilstein shock absorbers), KC4 (engine oil cooler), 17x9.5" wheels and fast steering. Z51 added: V01 (heavy duty radiator) and heavy duty suspension.
