Brake problem
On my 88, if I push the brake pedal two or three times in a row, the pedal gets real hard and braking is poor. This sound like the booster going bad, or possibly just a vacuum leak? Only happens if I push the pedal more than once. Appreciate any help.

If this happens while the engine is runnung, check the booster vacuum hose and check valve (the plastic thing that connects the hose to the booster) for blockage. If the engine is not running, this would be normal.
