I have never had this car in the shop!!!
And I don’t know what is wrong!
It always starts when it is cold
After running for an hour it will not start until it has set for an hour or so

Pull the ignition control module from your distributor and see if Autozone or a mechanic can test it for you. That's most likely your problem. If you replace it, don't forget to use dialectric silicone on the new module. It helps dissipate the heat which burns them out.

Do you mean it won't spin over or will spin over and not start? If it won't spin, then it could be a heat soaked starter solenoid.
My 86 is similar. Starts instantly when it's cold but it's a lot harder to start warm but you can smell the fuel when you crank it a few times hot. Sometime cranks for 2-3 seconds before it starts when it's warm and just been shut off for a few minutes. I know I have a leaky injector and I'm assuming it's "flooding" the motor. I know it isn't an ignition issue because I replaced all the ignition components during they recent tune-up. There's that replacement theory again..
Fuel delivery system is next on my hit list. Accumulating the parts as I find them.
If it's still harder to start after that, then I'll start trouble shooting..
