Default Throttle body

I am moving up to a 58MM for my LT1 and was wondering if I should get mine done or buy another. Professional Products makes one for $200 would do you think???

Thanks

Can you get a stock TB bored to 58 mm? Also, you will need to get your intake machined to run the 58mm.

FWIW I heard they are a pretty good value. They are however manufactured in China.
But on the other hand, I switched from a 48 to a 52 and I could see no difference in power at the track running back to back runs. See my signature for mods. Good luck and let us know how it works if you do get it!!

Even engines that are modded alot have no trouble running off of the stock TB. I would tell you to save your money and buy somthing else.

I am planning on a 396 so I don't want to buy twice even though it will probably be next winter for the 396.

Thanks
