OD Switch

Does anyone know what the Radio Shack part # is for an OD Switch? This is on an '86 by the way; shift **** button. Search turned up nothing. Thanks

Here is my post from about 3 years ago on the subject. The switch was from Newark Electronics...MPA-306F

You are probably gonna need to call Newark. They are out and don't have a substitute, however I think they'll be able to help you out.

The MPA-306F had 9 terminals so it wasn't the right switch, but did work. The correct one will only have 3 terminals. When I sold my '87 I gave the buyer my extra switch.

I think the 86 switch is the same as the 87 which is available from Mouser, catalog number, MPA 106F. The switch is made by Alco (a switch company). I paid about $13 not including shipping. You can order on line, www.mouser.com
