Default Injector Pulse but NO Start!! HELP!!

The install is complete and every thing is hooked up and scaned and checks out good. But the car won't start!!!
I have rechecked everything twice but still no injectors will fire!!!
I can get a noid light (test light) to flash at each injector conection but the injector its self will not pulse. But I can plug an extra bosh type in and hold it in my hand and then that one will pulse

What am I missing?? Does the ecm body have to be grounded???
Help and thanks

ecm body does not need a ground, ground thru ecm connector/ harness to engine block is critical and should be 12 gauge wire for best operation (altho it is much smaller at the ecm connector)

injectors should be fed 12v+ via (2)fused circuits (4 injectors each feed) from a ''good'' source (hot in run, only, of course)..the ignition switch is prolly not worthy....injectors need a lot more juice than a noid lite

Indeed, an injector typically has 12 Ohm resistance, with a 12Vdc battery, will draw 1Amp.

To test to see if the ECM is trying to fire the injectors, connect a test lamp to the blk/pnk wire in the harness to an injector. When the injector fires the light will go out. If you pierce the blk/pnk wire and probe it with a DMM you will see the voltage drop from +12Vdc toward zero as the injector fires.

It has been my experience with unit injectors that if they are dry for ANY length of time - like during a rebuild- they will stick...The cure for mine was to have an assistant crank the engine while tapping lightly on each injector with a long screwdriver....just tap the body LIGHTLY and you should soon hear wonderful noises ....
