Default Harnesses ?

I will soon be ordering the autopower rollbar with the horizontal harness bar. My question is what company makes a harness just for this kind of application. So far I have only found a Sparco one that says it is just for this or will any of them work.

I've got a camlock TeamTech 6 pt setup from Hardbar ( forum vendor ), complete with the hardware for mouting it.
Others use a latch setup. Simpson also make a nice setup.

The 6pts work better if your keeping your stock seat, or any other set w/o the hole in the bottom. The belts go between the seat back and bottom, and not over the front of the seat.

Mounting Styles:
Since I will have a horizontal harness bar is the wrap around style the one I need. Also what method should I use for the Lap and AntiSub straps bolt in or floor mount

The setup I has uses the same bolt holes as the stock belts, while retaining the stock belts via longer belts. These go into the frame, I wouldn't secure it to the floor. Harness companies sell the tabs for doing this.

I'll take some pics and post them for you later.

I bought 2 sets of RJS latch type harnesses from Summit total cost $180. There are two types to order. Roll bar mount and floor mount. Make sure you get the roll bar mount shoulder ones. They come with silver square buckles and wrap mount to the horizontal bar behind the seats.
The floor mount lap belts I mounted to the rear seat bolts. Move your seats forward, undo the rear bolts, mount the belts there using the eyelet buckles. The original seat belt mounts are good also but there is plastic covers that get in the way etc and would have to be premanently removed for me. The grade of fastener is probably grade 8 which is very good but I found the seat mount bolts to be adequate and an easier install. It took me less than an hour to complete.
I have full range of motion without binding of the belts on the seat for and aft travel. I didn't mount the sub strap yet. I have the sport seats in my 92 and with the 4 points I'm in there pretty darn good for now.
The car is used for lapping days and school instruction days.

If you mount the lap belts under the seat mount bolts to the floor you should also put your stock shoulder/lap belt on after buckling up with your harness. The floor bolts aren't strong enough by themselves. Those bolts that hold the back of the seat to the floor are only to hold the seat down. I did my install the same way using those back seat bolts but I left the stock retractable belts and put that on over the harness.

I'm using the same autopower bar. I'll see if I have pictures of the setup and post.

Arizona speed and marine makes a five point harness for either a harness bar or a roll cage w/horizontal harness bar.
