OK, I've been a little busy, so I've missed out on reading a lot of posts.
Apparently we have some new guys with problems. We are supposed to be here to help them, not chase them away.
I have noticed a lot of veterans have moved on as well.
The question is why? Why? Because some people choose to shoot the new guys down because they aren't as knowledgeable.
I don't know a single person here who was born with all this knowledge, we all had to learn it at some point in our lives.
Just because someone is learning later in life(or maybe he's young and just getting into the hobby), there is no reason to poke fun at his lack of knowledge or skills.
Now I'm friends with a lot of you, some I've actually met and hung out with, some I just know from seven years on this forum.
I will say this right now, friend or not, the next person to act up will be banned without warning or explanation.

BTW, sending demeaning or arrogant insulting emails is not a good thing either.
Even though it happens outside the forum, the forum was still the means for you to acquire someone's email in a lot of cases. So please don't do it.
