Yes, I waited over 32 days for a refund. On the 33nd day my check arrived from Eric. I know Eric is reading this and he knows I am stating the truth. In all sincerity, if Eric had used a tiny bit more tact and diplomacy, I would have left a happy customer even though I was not satisfied with his Big Mouth. The fact that Eric (in my opinion) lied to me about his accountant having to "approve the check" ...then waiting another two more weeks. This was a real turn off.
