Any C4 owners thinking about going to LeMans next year? The C5/C6 registry is renting 12 corvettes to drive around europe while they are there. Some of them are going to ship their cars over. I'm thinking about shipping mine as well. I have price quotes for roll on roll off starting at $800 each way.

Yes it would be. I have a price quote from "FROMM American" to ship two vettes in a container from NY to Germany (port to port pickup) for $2750. That price doesn't include German port clearing fee and insurance.

E. H. Harms quoted me $600 for roll on roll off from Baltimore to Germany and about $1000 back for roll on roll off. No insurance

Please give more info. Ich liebe der autobahn. Ich farhre 145 MPH von Frankfort noch Paris in mien frueden Porshe. Translation: I love the autobahn. I drove from Frankfort, Germany to Paris in my German girlfriend's Porshe. I hit 145. I can't recall what it was in KPH. The trip took 5 hrs. That is driving. The 1/4 mile ends too quick.
I won't be able to take a car over but I might go to Germany next summer. So any event info would be appeciated.
