Default Low coolant sensor location?

Starting my own thread to let Bryan get his issues sorted.

(10 second version-replaced my radiator, now the "low coolant" light will not go out despite burping it more than a 3 month old baby)

Whole thread here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1506278

Talked to a mechanic at the dealership and he told me sometimes the senders stick, and to tap it with a screwdriver.

Ok, where is the coolant level sensor located on a LT1 '92? It's not on the radiator, and I don't see it on the fill tank (unless it's one of those molexes coming out of the box around the condensor, but I don't think so).

It is on the surge tank. It's under the surge tank, to be more accurate.

The surge tank is the one on the firewall, with the radiator cap. Be sure the wiring is good, otherwise, replace the sensor.

Under. The one place I did not look, and lo and behold there it is.

Tap tap tap, light went out, now I am good to go. Thanks!
