where i live alberta ,we are the only rat free province in canada they spend big money every year to keep those ugly nasty things out.but yes their was some dead mice in there .they had a like 5 bed 2 bathroom house it was so nasty ,but im so terrified of mice when i see one i run like a little girl
Any actual rats in there when ya took it off?

I agree with the others, before you start throwing parts at it, check it with a scanner and see what you O2's are reading. Check for codes, wires in the right places as said before, fuel pressure, etc. Do the easy stuff first.
