Need advice please
I have chrome ZR1 wheels. They are not looking up to par. There is some discoloring and a small build up of black junk where the spokes meet the rim. These corners are hard to get into. What is the best way to get rid of this stuff and polish them up real pretty? 
Is there any good tools to use?

I had brake dust build up in corners. Used a commercial spray made for brake dust. Did not let it sit on the rim long because I was afraid to ruin the protective coating but the brake dust film came off.
