It is a rainy day in OR so I thought that I would do some minor maintenance to my C4. It was a Phoenix for many years and the wiper arms are somewhat oxidized (sp).
Went to remove the wiper arms and they are stuck. Did not want to break so I could use some advice. I pulled the wiper pin (as seen in the picture) is that all I need to do?
I am going to assume that they have not been removed in 13 years and just may be stuck. Maybe some WD 40 to loosen? Just wanted to ensure that the pin was the only thing that had to be pulled before removing.
Thanks for the help.

I wouldn't take that off the spindle. I'd just mask everything with newspaper and masking tape and shoot it with flat black while it is still on the car. I may be lazy but a loose wiper arm is awful.

That's a good point. Most of the painting that needs to be done close to the base so it should be easy.
If you want to take the arm off, use a 90 degree pick just under the round part of the arm hub, and just slide the arm off using both hands and the pick
I live in Phoenix, and the sun is merciless here in the summer. but your wiper arm coating is just fading away under that sun
