Wheel Adapters? Need Help!

Well yesterday I bought C6 rims. What size adapters would I need? What is the lug pattern size? I think its 4.75 not sure dough? Thickness on adapters?

My C4:
16 x 9.5 +38mm

C6:
Front 18 x 8.5 +56mm
Rear 19 x 10 +79mm

The fronts should fit as is. The rears will need at least a 1" (probably 1.5") adapter
