Default Horn stopped working

When I press my horn buttons, I can here clicking coming from under my glove box. But, it does not make any sound, anybody know what my cause this?

That clicking is the horn relay. Could be anything between the relay and horn, including the horns. Sometimes mine blow without pressing the horn ring!

My 92 blows the fuse for the horn every so often. The fuse is located under the passanger side dash.
