i did. i used a 16ah SLA battery, similar to the DYNABATT, and laided it on its side, in the passenger side rear storage compartment.
i used styrofoam for padding around the battery, and a bungee type strap over the top of it.

i used #2 welding cable for my positive, took the passenger seat out, drilled a hole between the storgage compartment, and the floor, ran the cable along the tranny tunnel, and drilled another hole in the firewall, just above, and directly behind the starter.

i used a short universal battery cable to ground the battery to the frame, just outside the storage compartment, and used another short cable to ground the engine to the frame.

I bought a battery mounting tray from AFCO P/N 50302 and added some angle steel for mounting. I mounted it on the rear passenger side of the rear steel cross member. I used 1/4" rivnuts to bolt the bracket to the frame. It just cleared the rear sway bar. I mounted it as low as I could with the bottom of the tray still above the exhaust pipes. I didn't have a spare tire tray But I think it would still fit even if the tray was installed.
