Complete remove AC?
I´m starting a little weight reduction on my 1992 C4 6speed.
Biggest issue is to remove the ac completly, how to do against the firewall? And if I remove everyting, how to do with all the eletrical wirering?
Will the computer warn all the time?

Just unbolt the "suit case" from the firewall and tape up all the wires/connectors. Is 15lbs that important? I can't think of any warning lights that would come on, and if they do, just pull the AC fuse.

15lbs isn´t that important. But it will give me more space.
Sometimes it´s better to ask once more than less.
I was wondering all of the climator goes by that "suit case" I just wanna get rid of the ac not all of the system.

FYI............the cars defroster uses the ac to keep the windshield clear. Just in case you plan on street driving.....
