I'm a little late in this one, but I've had the Shif Plus for about 3 years and love it too. I did no drilling. Used an existing hole right under the PCM. Install about 30 min. The switchability is great because it kicks and if it's wet, or even cold it would be a pain to drive, with trac control or not. Just flip it off and all good. I would recomend it to anyone who wants firmer/quicker shifts and doesn't want to dig into the trans or get reprogramed. You can't beat it for the price and install time. Again, on and off is great.
