Porting your runners?
I have searched and found out you can port your plenum. What about taking a dremel and porting out your runners? Would this be benifical or hurt performance? Am I risk tearing up the runners? Thanks. This is just a thought though.

Wont hurt anything, do it. You can even go so far as to siamese them.

But, how will you port the middle of the runner without cutting it open? There's some porting pix under my avatar, my Corvette pictures.

Haven't done it on mine, but have read here that there is not a noticable difference in 1/4 mile times.

You pretty much get what you pay for.
Some of the aftermarket intake parts have crappy castings and lots of extra metal, so porting them can be productive.
