Default 88L98 Question

When driving at 55 to 60MPH and let off gas what should tach read? Should it drop back to 7-800 RPM or should it remain at 1100 until Vehicle Speed reduces? Thanks

the only way it should drop is if your tranny is put into neutral, or if you go below the stock chips unlock transition speed, which i think is somewhere around 35-37mph.
