Outer tie rod end seized
I've tried all day long and I can not get the driver side outer tie rod end to unscrew off the inner tie rod end. I've tried heat and a lot of penetrating oil. I'm starting to round off the hex part of the inner tie rod.
Any ideas?

You aren't trying to loosen the tie rod and the jam nut together, right? It'll never come off that way. It would seem to me that if the jam nut were backed off from the tie rod end, the tie rod would come off pretty easily.
Otherwise, pipe wrench time?
