Why is light flashing on ECC.???

Why is light flashing on ECC.???
Had to replace the battery on Monday, what killed it was the headlight
motor would keep running, bad bushings. When I hooked up the new battery
the headlight motor was running and would not stop. Had ordered new bushings last week thay came in on monday, worked out ok. Any way now
the light is flashing over the OFF button on the ECC also if I turn on Auto it will flash, and it will stop in time, but when I restart car it will flash again.
Every thing seams to work ok. Any help :rolleyes: :confused: :crazy:
