abs question
on my 88 vette,if i cut the wires to the abs will it lock my wheels up?the idea is to remove the wiring to the wheels and pump,then eventually remove the abs unit.any input appreciated.thanks

No. Why cut? You can just reach into the ABS compartment and unplug the harness from the pump and the computer. Your normal braking will finction normally despite the ABS light. It's like that by design.
