I have the Sumitomo HRTZ II's and I like them for the street (91 Z07), much better performing than the old Gatorbacks they replaced (both ride and cornering/braking), though I haven't had them on the track?
They rate well at Tire Rack etc, and seem fine in the rain as well...

I had a very BAD experience with this company tires easy (even though I think its just about 3 or 4 foreigners running it out of their house with no warehouse or anything) I ordered my tires (and paid for them) from them on like a wednesday night and then got an email the next day saying they were out of stock but that they would DEFINETLY (no excuses) be in stock on next Wednesday and would ship that day. I call back a week later on Wednesday and they said they still didnt have them but that they were going to be at there Warehouse on Monday and would ship then. Well of course when I call Monday they didnt have them. So i canceled my order and went to Tirerack.com and only paid a little more and had them in 2 days After all the headache with Tires-Easy I wish I would have went to Tirereack.com in the first place and I will be buying all my tires from tirerack from now on....
Thanks for the input on these guys. I guess total price differs by where you live. For me it was actually $30 cheaper than the rack. Thanks to the board I will probably stick to a good known source and save myself probably double the price in BS. Great info guys. Thanks
