what way's can i make my 350 a 383?

whats easiest and cheap?
a 400 crank?
overbore?
other?

you will need a .030 overbore regardless...AND a 3.75 stroke crank no matter how you slice it

you can use production 400 crank (turned down to fit 350 main journals) and rods if you must...however with the price of a cheap 383 rotating kit i'd order all new for the peace of mind...

thanks . when i get it bored out i need new piston's, right?

Yep!

Google for rotating assemblies or search ebay for the same.
Looks like you have an 84 are you keeping the crossfire?
