Default Traction help needed

Are there any traction aiding devices that are around for c4's? Kinda like traction bars and the like? And how well do the BFG Drag Radials really help, or would it be worthwhile running slicks?

People running the drag radials or slicks, what times can I run before switching from the drag radials to the slicks. 12 seconds flat?

i am having some serious traction problems, i am getting 315's on hopefully tommorow so i would be able to tell you if those help at all but i have heard the BFG drag radials are pretty good but require a john force style burnout, but are best if driven on the street at all. So thats what i plan on mounting on my old stock rims
