Default LT and L98 flexplates difference?

Is there difference from a Lt1 flexplate and the L98 (limited to the 87-later 1pc-rear seal 153t )?
The differences I need to know are not about weights (internal or external balance) , but about holes and torque converter pattern...
Why I ask?
because I'm searching a SFI approved flexplate for my new 396 (SB 1pc rear seal 1st generation roller block). the engine has been INTERNALLY balanced.
It needs to be: 153T, for 1pc rear seal, NEUTRAL. (possibly with dual bolt pattern).
The only sure good flexplate I found is ATI-915533 (Flexplate, 153-Tooth, Internal Balance, 1-Piece Rear Main Seal, SFI 29.1, Chevy, V8, Each 10.75 bolt pattern)
There is another one from TCI , TCI-399174 (Flexplate, 153-Tooth, Internal Balance, 1-Piece Rear Main Seal, SFI 29.1, Chevy, 5.7L, 4L60E, Each )
The TCI one is cheaper compared to the ATI one.
The problem is that the TCI is rated as FOR LT with 4L60E and with a 10.5 bolt pattern(??)...
Are not the 1pc rear seal attachement to the flexplate all the same? (I think yes).
Are not all Torque converters good for 4L60 good for 4L60E also? (I think yes).
Help me to understand why TCI lists this flexplate specifically for LT engines...
Thanks

Beppe,
Believe it or not, I do not have a torque converter here to physically measure the bolt pattern. To prevent clutter in my garage, I ship them out immediately to my torque converter guys for cores.
This I can assure you:
Externally all 30 spline converters from 85-96 will interchange. They are physically identical on the outside. LS1 motors have a different hub that plugs in the rear of the crank, but this obviously does not apply to you. I would feel confident that a 95 lt1 flexplate for a 4l60 would fit, but of course you would not need the balance weight on it because you are internally balanced.

Andy never did return my call. I asked him dozens of questions in a short time for sami85l98. I think Andy may be avoiding my call due to this. If we do not figure this out, I will call him again.

The TCI-399174 i was referring , is without additional weights making it "unbalanced". It is neutral. The only doubt is the bolt pattern..
Thank you Pete!
The engine (and transmission..) is on the boat.
I hope not storms ... during the trip..
