Gas in evap line
Help guys got a strange problem I pulled my fuel rails to check for leaky injectors .When cranking engine with fuel lines connected I found gas in the hose leading to the evap cannister any ideas of what would cause this .Thanks, Steve

There's a tank pressure control valve on the line from the tank - usually close to the rail around the left wheel. Yours may have a broken diaphram and if so, the Canister can end up full of gas (you might unbolt the Canister and to see if anything is sloshing around in it). To check the Valve, apply 15 inches of vacuum to the vacuum tube or inlet and make sure it holds for 20 seconds or so. If not, and the Canister is full of gas, you need to replace both.
