Yes... at the flywheel? EASY!
I don't have a L98, so I am not sure what all to add-on, but yes... you could do it easy.
Headers, Exhaust, Computer tuning, Ram air, Ignition system.
And this will give you about 100-150 hp... a Air Foil. :D

Check my sig. Both recent dyno and trap speeds say a little over 300hp. Only internal is 1.6:1 RRs.
I just cleaned up the stock exhaust manifolds and we'll see what that nets me.
