I have an 86 roadster which needs the side windows adjusted. I recently put a new top and weatherstripping on the car and now the windows seem to go up too high which makes it difficult to shut the doors without slamming them. I suspect that this is because the old weather stripping had compressed over the years.
My question is, how do you adjust the side windows? Is this something I should tackle myself or should I send it off to a window and glass shop?
Any help with this question will be greatly appreciated.
