hey guys. being the proud new owner of a '90 coupe, i was replacing the outer door weatherstripping when i arced the power door lock switch.
the pdl's no longer work from the door or the remote. i've checked all of the fuses and breakers in the fuse box. theyre all ok, but i can't positivly identify the pdl fuse.
where is the pdl fuse or breaker, or is it a fuseable link?
thanks for any help. this is a great forum.

Re: help a newbee with power door locks (sail one)
I'm not sure if there is a fuseable link on a 90. However, it sounds like you may need to replace the power door lock switch it's self. My suggestion is to check that first. The arcing quite possibly fried the switch.

I have a 91 and did the same thing. Take the carpeted panel off that is under the passenger side glove box. There is a small fuse block there that will have the fuse you are looking for.
