differential gear

I read the corvette specs at the top of this page and it said that most automatics came with a 2.59 rear end...what will be the code for a different gear or how would i know if mine was equipped with the 3.07 option. i am replacing my 700r4 with a zf6 and know that neither gear will work with 6th but i was just curious..
