Please help, new engine wont start!!!!

Finally got everything done and plugged in. But when I went to turn the key, nothing happened. it doesnt turn over, and i have a new starter, full battery charge, everything electrical. Could it be a bad chip or is there something I need to do. Is there anything around the distributor that could be hooked up wrong? Fuses? If anybody knows anything PLEASE let me know. I want to get this going so bad.

Could it be the vats? When I turn the key all of the way the security light flashes. Also the SES light is on now.

ahhhhh, I just want this thing to be done.

Could be, check the codes.

whewwww I just got it. Small post on the starter was hooked up wrong.
