On the schematic of the ignition system. (1993 LT1), it shows a 10 amp fuse. This is in line with the pink wire from the B side of the coil (pnk 239) and is labled #11 u/h. Is u/h under the hood? #11 on the fuse panel in the interier is A 5 amp LH Illum. Where is the location of this fuse? This is associated with a no fire at the plugs or coil situation. Thanks!
(I can email the schematic, but didn't know how to post it)

I beleive it's next to the battery in a small black box. I had a "no-start" issue once on my 93 and it turned out to be corrosion on this fuse.
Thanks guys!
There are 2 black fuse boxes. One just to the right of the battery. No ignition fuses there. the other one. I had to pull the battery out to get too. There are 2 ignition fuses, but there 60 amps. Not the 10 amp jobber in the schematic. No visible fuse on the Pos. battery terminal that I can identify.
It seems like years ago I worked on a car that had a fusable wire. Not a fuse, but A wire built to fail. I think it was a Buick.

A 60A fuse should not be required for the ignition.
You are remembering the fuseable links that came on many car's ignition.
