While visiting our local dirt track shop who also works on my vette I explained that they had installed an x pipe on my vette and I wanted to replace my mufflers with FLOWMASTERS. After getting the price I decided not to get them. The local torch man (owner) asked me If I had ever heard of a V FORCE muffler. HE explained that a V FORCE and a FLOWMASTER was EXACTLY the same except the V FORCE was half price of the FLOWMASTER. He showed me both mufflers and they looked EXACTLY the same. The owner showed me where he had cut both mufflers open and indeed they were exactly the same. The only difference I could see was that the FLOWMASTER AND THE V FORCE had different logos on them. The owner went on to explain that FLOWMASTER did not copyright the 40 series muffler and that V FORCE made an EXACT copy of the FLOWMASTER.
I am taking my 95 vette in Thursday morning to have the V FORCE installed and will let you know Thursday night what it sounds like. I am unable to post a video of it becasue I am computer stupid.

Cruizer
I had flowmaster 40's and I am putting my stock exhaust back on. They make more noise inside the car than outside the car. Just my .02 you might love them.
Even the Delta Flow 50s had some resonance. I never really noticed it much til I had a passenger and tried to talk...My windows are usually down all the time.
Well got them installed today and I think they sound pretty good.
Total cost was $90.00 for the mufflers and $50.00 for install job. for a total $140.00. Plus he thru in a scan of the computer and said all looked good but wanted to recheck it again in a few days. The mufflers sound good when going thru the gears, but there is a little noisse in the cabin with the windows down. Cruzin at 70 just a nice mellow sound barely able to hear it in the cabin. Sorry I am not smart enough to put the sound on the thread.
V-Forces are close to original Flows, yes (I keep them in stock for "budget builds")... good inexpensive muffler. Thunderbolts (another house brand) are exact copies of Flowmaster 40's and the quality is on the same level, just less expensive.
