Default Tranny problem

I just bought an 85 coup with an auto trans. It runs rough and the idle gets higher as it warms up(1500 RPM) When it is cold the idle is fine but it stumbles. Also when driving it seems to shift into 3rd too early when cruising around town and the engine lugs. I was going to begin with replacing the vacuum hoses and check the throttle position sensor. anyone have any other suggestions

When it's cold the computer richens the mixture. As it warms it starts to lean out thats why your idle goes up. First I'd seafoam it, and check fuel presure
