Default Source for IAC plate gasket???

I looked all over locally and came up zilch for the LT1 Throttle Body IAC plate gasket before looking online and finding a listing at Rock Auto. Two weeks after ordering it I get an email saying it is discontinued and no longer available. Does anyone have a source for these??
TIA

Could the gasket be made from gasket paper? That is a option also.

I used gasket material a ballpeen hammer and a razor knife to make one when we cut ours down to delete the water jacket part. Used some neverseize for sealant and have yet to have any problems.

They may have one for an L98, but not the LT1 TB, at least my local Auto Zone couldn't find it. Or Advanced Auto, or NAPA. I have cut two out of paper now and still haven't managed to get a really good seal. I can see where a few drops of coolant have seeped out of the housing. The gasket has a lot of tight corners and is hard to fabricate with paper.

Update - An archive search lead me to the GM part number (25530697) which I ordered from gmpartsdirect.com. We'll see if I get another email from them in a month saying it's discontinued. I can't believe a simple paper gasket that is common to every LT1 engine built would be so hard to find.

Bzzzzzt - wrong answer, when I rebuilt my 92 TB I got a gasket kit from NAPA, I'll find the box tonight and post the part number. It had the IAC paper gasket, TB mounting gasket, the funny shapped gasket for the bottom Assy, and the rubber gasket for the plate. It also included a bunch of O rings, I guess for the injectors. IIRC it was less than $30 for the whole kit. Sounds like the bold is the gasket you need.

You know, I really don't care for the tone of your smart *** reply. That is the answer I got from my local NAPA guys. Why don't you tell them they are idiots and leave me out of the middle of it?

Perhaps there is a misunderstanding here. jaa1992 is a good guy,
check his priors to see the contribution he makes.

I've made some posts where, in my enthusiasm to share a
solution, I've unintentionally come across in a way that pushed
someone's button.

Perhaps that's happened here?

I couldnt find any at the local parts stores and ended up ordering bbk throttle body gaskets from summit racing.

Tried Summit, no joy there either. Rock Auto called and said Delco was the supplier they had, and they discontinued the gasket. No doubt GMPD will email me in the next month to say they can't get it either. Too bad I don't have a decent used one for a template, I might have better luck cutting one out of paper if I did. I guess I'll try scanning the bottom of the TB and try working off of that.

I made mine from a sheet of gasket paper using a No. 2 pencil to outline the IAC motor and a hobby knife to cut it out.

Add a drop of motor oil to the gasket to seal it properly, then bolt onto your TB housing.
