Anybody have the GM p/n for these "teflon" wahsers? Someone posted recently about getting them, nto sure who. I not sure if I can sstand up much longer. let alone search for it.
Your part # is correct according to Ray Quayle. He even took a pic of them in the package with part number on it.
I still don't see how this washer is the answer to the clicks. To me, the answer is more axle nut torque to slow down the backlash of splines.

My book reads the same as yours, 14076924. The washer behind the castellated spindle nut is a 562249. My book, too, doesn't show the Teflon washer in the 1984 - 1987 illustration, but when I go to group 5.806 and check out the part number, it is listed for 1984 and up. The 14076924 washer is listed to have a 58 mm O.D. The spindle nut washer says it is 45 mm O.D.
