Default C4 vs. Nissan minivan

One of my coworkers just bought a Nissan minivan and wants to race me.

Do you think I could take him, he says 80s vettes are slow. I'm thinking of maybe putting a K&N on it and removing my passenger seat for weight just to be safe.

Do you guys have any other help? I need to beat him so he will stop ragging on me in front of the other guys.

You might beat him off the line, but it's obvious the superior aerodynamics of the minivan would allow him to pass you at higher speeds.

those vans are good candidates for engine swaps. SO unless hes a hardcore power freak.. you're ok. if not there might be a nice 300zx twin in there ready to totally smoke you.

Thanks for the link I went ahead and got their fake nitrous kit, it was 289 UK. That's only about $415 US after shipping. They have an optional kit for cooling my Yoohoo chocolate drink for an extra $89 UK.

No, we're going to do it from a roll up to 35 mph. I was told my L98 had better torque so I don't want to get too carried away with high speeds. Should I still wear a helmet?

True the helmet will add extra weight, but that will be offset by the advantage of keeping more blood in your head to prevent you from blacking out due to the sustained high G forces from the L98's incredable torque!
