Ok so yesterday i purchased a 2003 bimmer 530i and i see a button on the dash and steering wheel that shows a pic of a phone and in the trunk it says integrated cell phone systm so im guessing its one of those fancy phone systems that you can talk and listen through the car speakers, so i decided to go on a bmw forum(no need to mention the name) and i ask about it and some a**hole says its a cellphone integrated system(like i dont really know that already) and then says, surely your car did not come equiped with this option so dont even worry about it!!!
