sputters before shifts

Default sputters before shifts
under wot my car sputters and hits the rev limiter then it shifts... any ideas why?

It could be ignition or fuel. I would duct tape a fuel pressure guage to the windshield and watch it when it sputters.

well thats not my only problem...
when i set up my shift kit i set it up to leave in in od all the time no shifting well i thought id be a jackass and shift it today...well now it wont come out of first and slips

but when i got the shift kit and 2500 stall tq it was doing good other than the sputter...

My first suspect would be ignition, then fuel.

What year Vette; what mods??
