Go to replacement parts, they are actually listed for Tech2 or 3100 Mastertech but look to be the same though I can't verify that. I think if you have the mass storage cartridge updates can be downloaded but don't really know the entire procedure. Good luck.
You can use a MasterTech mass storage cartridge. The MasterTech is the same as a TECH1 but in a different format. The Vetronix guy told me that the MT mass storage catridges will work in a TECH1. The TECH2 is a totally different format device, it uses a 32mb PCMCIA type card for memory. It is GM only while the TECH1 and MasterTech with the correct memory unit will work for other makes.
What do you mean by tech1 "adapter" ? Do you have a tech1 and need the software i.e. mass storage cartridge ? You also will need the OBD1 OBD2 commincation adapter because the 95 is a obd1/obd2 blend . What are you trying to accomplish? I learned all the hardway when I go my tech1
I bought a used Tech 1 over the weekend with the following goodies on Ebay (enroute to me now):

I believe your mass storage cartridge will work depending on what software has been loaded. That cartridge can be updated but I can't tell you what is required to do so, you might try asking a GM dealer. So far I have been lucky that mine has everything needed for my car, versions listed below.
Mass Storage Version 3.2
Powertrain 3.0
Body 1.9
Chassis 1.8
Programming 4.0
ABS 2.0
