Default I need horn help Please!

I have a 90 L98. I have taken both of the horns off because they were bad. The horn fuse is good. My buttons on the wheel are good. When I press the buttons I cannot hear the horn relay click. I do hear a relay clicking when I set off the alarm. Is it the same relay for the horn and the alarm? Will the relay click with both horns disconnected? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you have both horns off spray penetrating fluid heavily inside each and let them sit over night. Tap them lightly with a hammer. If they have a small adjustment screw on one side work it back and forth then leave it at the some setting Sometimes you can bring them back to life again.

Ive already trashed the horns. I could hear stuff rattling around in them when I shook them. I opened them up and they were completely rusted inside. Can you hear the horn relay click with both horns disconnected?
