Default Wierd IAC Readings

I have replaced the MAF hand have no more MAF codes. Still won't Idle. Did the IAC reset a couple times.

Took resistance readings on the IAC with the ignition OFF:

R-B = .06
Y-G = .06
B-G = 5.58 or 19.3 if I flip the test leads.
R-Y = 5.50 or 19.3 if i flip the test leads.

What the heck?

(Also, I set the TPS to .57 volts. It was @ .64 volts. WOT = 4.64 volts.)

A scanner can tell you alot more...you would be able to see the IAC counts, which is a big help.I had some problems years ago and the scanner showed me the iac counts and it was on 0,which led me to track down a improperly adjusted minimum air speed and a vac leak.Seeing the count helps alot to see if its stuck or moving at all.

IM not able to tell you more from your post, sorry.

Have you ever touched the minimum air screw on the TB?
If so,were you able to set it to specs, then setting the iac and tps?
If the minimum air screw is adjusted out of whack,it can cause problems.

I have not touched the screw on the TB. Maybe a previous owner? IIRC, the TB butterfly is effectively completely closed when at zero throttle.

I'm planning on running a continuity test between the ECM and IAC to see if the wires are shorting. I hope it is something simple. I have looked and looked but cannot find a vac leak anywhere. Kinda hard to find when the car does not run...

I am still puzzled by the odd readings. This tells me that there is a diode-like circuit somewhere. The only one I can fathom is the ECM, but it is supposed to provide a digital wave on that circuit.

I'm confused.
