Master cylinder pressure switch question top this question
Well Im almost stumped I have a leak in my master cyl. I thought but it is leaking through the pressure switch thats on the lower side of the cylinder. I go to the dealer and he orders me one it comes and its a little different but the threads are not even close. They are much bigger on the new one. All the web sites have the bigger one in stock Im to the point of just plugging it and going on. Any comments would be great.

Maybe someone used an earlier year replacement on yours?
The switch is a safety in case one of your brake circuits starts leaking internally, it will warn you before you find out the hard way.
Completely optional, although I'd try and find the right part.
