Default Timing Adjustment Question
Hi!

I may be tinkering with the timing a little in my 89 L98--haven't decided yet. Before I do, I was wondering whether you rotate the distributor clockwise to retard the timing (as in my '81 Corvette), or counterclockwise?

It is the same for all GM V8 engines.

don't forget to disconnect the est wire before you do timing...
rotation all the same
