What would the cost be??
I found this LT-1 with hardly anything on it. This is what it has: Heads, valve covers, push rods, lifters, cam, everthing on the lower end. For the front its missing a water pump, opti-spark, and entire pully drive. Basicly a long block and oh no manifold either. Would this a be costly to rebuild/replace to get it back it and running. main ? is how much $$$ are we talking??

Probably worth about $500. A little depends on if it came from a Vette or F-body. I assume they are aluminum heads so that eliminates it coming from a b-body. Depends what you are looking to buy it for as to if it was worth it or not.
