Default Sensor Question

92 coupe 87,000 miles, I picked up my car from the dealer here in Germany. Had a new flywheel and clutch put in. I went on vacation for a week and when i get back there is oil (quite a bit) on the garage floor. I took it back to the dealer and they say that the transmission is leaking from the speed sensor and that this could not have been made from the clutch/ flywheel install. What do you Guys Think? Has this same leak just poped out of nowhere for anybody else? I was able to get the dealer to install it for free if I buy the part. Does a $100 bucks sound close. Im sure its not. Thanks for any input

Yes, it could have come from nowhere, and the $100 sounds like a dealer price....they could have also very easily have damaged the speed sensor when the did the clutch, if they weren't careful...JMHO...

Cheers,
Michael
